About Engage and these terms
Engage is an early-stage startup operated by Akdev Saha and Nikhitha Dubbaka, based in India. Engage is not currently registered as a company. These terms cover your use of tryengage.si and its waitlist. By using the website, you agree to these terms.
Current service
The website introduces our planned hiring product and lets candidates and recruiters express interest through a waitlist. The Engage app is not publicly available yet. Product descriptions and demonstrations describe planned features that may change. They do not guarantee employment, suitable candidates, or hiring results. The early-access preorder offer is described below.
Joining the waitlist
Please provide an email address you are authorised to use and select the relevant candidate or recruiter option. Joining the waitlist does not create a paid subscription or guarantee an invitation. We do not currently send signup confirmation emails.
Who can use Engage
Engage is open to people in every country. There are no residency or nationality requirements to join the waitlist or buy early access. Polar’s checkout accepts buyers worldwide, except where a payment is prohibited by sanctions or other applicable law, or is not supported by Polar or its payment providers. Some banks decline international or USD card payments by default. If your payment fails, check with your bank that international online payments are enabled, or contact us.
Acceptable use
Do not submit other people’s information without permission, send spam, attempt to bypass security or signup limits, interfere with the website, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may reject or remove abusive waitlist submissions.
Pricing and future services
The optional Engage Personal early-access preorder costs $19 USD total, including applicable sales taxes, for 3 months of access starting at product launch. It is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal. The regular advertised price is $29/month; purchasing early access does not authorise future charges. The app is not yet publicly available, and a launch date has not been announced. Payments are processed through Polar, our merchant of record, using its hosted checkout. Checkout displays Nhancio Technologies Private Limited, the authorised payment organisation for this offer. Keep your purchase receipt and use the same email when requesting access at launch. For purchase or refund enquiries, contact tryengageai@gmail.com. A launch deadline and an additional voluntary refund guarantee have not been established. Applicable statutory rights and Polar’s buyer terms still apply.
Recruiter early access is also a one-time purchase starting at launch, with no automatic renewal. Starter costs $99 for 1 month or $948 upfront for 12 months (equivalent to $79/month). Recruiter Personal costs $199 for 1 month or $1,908 upfront for 12 months (equivalent to $159/month). These USD totals include applicable sales taxes before any authorised discounts. The same launch uncertainty, payment provider, and refund enquiry information above applies.

Privacy
Our Privacy Policy, including its cookie section, explains the information collected through the website and waitlist. You can contact us to request removal from the waitlist.
Website availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or waitlist. We aim to keep information accurate, but product plans and website content may change. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that apply to you under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as Engage develops. The date above indicates the latest revision. Terms for the future app will be provided when that service becomes available.
